Hey all! In today's video I'm sharing with you three meals that my family and I LOVED!! Highly recommend making these if you need new recipes! I hope you enjoy & subscribe if you do :) Recipe # 1 Chicken Waikiki Ingredients: 1 whole chicken or the equivalent of your choice, Sauce: 1 Large can of sliced pineapple or 1 1/4 cups of pineapple juice, 1 c sugar, 2 T cornstarch, 3/4 c vinegar, 1 T soy sauce, 1/4 T ginger, 1 Chicken bouillon cube. Put all sauce ingredients in pan and cook to boil (2-3 mins) Brown chicken in s+p and hot oil Removed chicken to 9x13 pan, cover with sauce, bake 350 for 1 hour. Prepare white or brown rice with rice sized carrots and celery sauteed in butter. Recipe # 2 OMG Ribs (AKA Korean Ribs) Ingredients: 4lbs ribs (beef flank or short ribs), 1 c brown sugar, 1 c soy sauce, 1/2 c water, 5 whole jalapeno peppers. In a 6 qt or larger slow cooker, put the ribs in first, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, water, and the whole jalapenos (do not cut). Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, flipping once. Recipe # 3 Sloppy Joes Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef or turkey, 1 tbsp butter, 1/2 yellow onion chopped, 1/2 green bell pepper chopped, 1 clove minced garlic, 2 tsp yellow mustard, 3/4 c ketchup, 2 tbsp brown sugar, couple dashes of worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Brown meat halfway, remove and drain excess fat. Add butter, pepper, and onion to pan, cook 5-10 min. Add meat back in. Add garlic, mustard, ketchup, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and worcestershire. Simmer 5-10 mins or until meat is fully cooked. Serve! Music by epidemic sound
