When's the last time you threw a good old fashioned Psychological Temper Tantrum? Screamed in your car? Or simply let your Self get support by venting to a friend? All too often, we try to be "positive" and, therefore, suppress the valid feelings of frustration, anger or fear that lie underneath our psychological surface. As COVID-19 remains in our lives, we are finding that friends and clients are struggling with a valid array of challenges and frustrations associated with this ongoing virus impact. But are uncertain about HOW to move through these feelings in a healthy manner. Dr. Julie T. Anné and Dr. Ashley Southard have put together a weekly video series ~ COVID Coping ~ which offers encouragement and educational tips for how to maneuver through these distressing, even maddening, times.
