Maharani Chicken Recipe: Chicken (boneless) - 500 grams Batter: Green Chilli - 5 nos Garlic (cloves) - 8 nos Cumin Powder - 3 tsp Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Chicken Masala - 2 tsp Egg - 1 no Corn Flour - 3 tbsp All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 tbsp Salt - 1 tsp Other Ingredients: Oil - 1 tbsp Onion (vertical slices) - 1 no Dried Red Chilli - 3 nos Curry Leaves - 1 sprig Cumin Powder - 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder - ½ tsp Chicken Masala - 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder - ½ tsp Salt - ½ tsp Cooking Instructions: 1. Grind the green chilli and garlic into a coarse paste. 2. Mix the prepared green chilli and garlic paste with the washed and cleaned boneless chicken cubes. 3. To the chicken mixture, add salt, cumin powder, chilli powder, and chicken masala. 4. Add the egg, cornflour, and maida to form a batter with the chicken cubes in it. 5. Heat oil in a deep frying pan and deep fry the chicken until the chicken is cooked, for about 5 mins. Set this aside. 6. In a pan, add oil, sliced onions, dried red chilli, and curry leaves, saute until the onions are translucent. 7. Add the deep-fried chicken cubes to the pan, mix well. 8. Add salt, chicken masala, chilli powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, and toss until the spice powders are coated well on the chicken and the onions. 9.
