Chairperson, Child Protection & Welfare Bureau, and Member of the Provincial Assembly, Sarah Ahmad (T.I) presented a resolution in the Punjab Assembly highlighting Pakistan’s review at the United Nations Convention on the Rights of the Child, held in Geneva, Switzerland. The UN committee reviewed the implementation of children’s rights in Pakistan and Punjab, appreciated the measures taken—particularly in Punjab—and acknowledged the significant progress made over recent years. The committee emphasized the need to sustain these efforts.
