Stir until well-incorporated. $10 MAC AND CHEESE 8oz cooked elbow macaroni Sticks of butter ¼ cup flour 2 cups milk 1x bag shredded fiesta blend ½ tsp salt Ground black pepper 1. Cook elbow macaroni. 2. In a saucepan, melt butter, then add flour, salt and pepper and whisk a couple minutes until smooth. 3. While whisking, pour in milk. As it cooks, continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and bubbling. 4. Add cheese and stir until melted. 5. Drain macaroni and fold into cheese sauce until coated. $100 MAC AND CHEESE 4x cups Maccheroni noodles, HALF BOILED 1x egg 1x cup whole milk + 1tbsp 1x cup cream + 1tbsp 1x block gouda 1x block mozzarella 1x bag grated parmesan cheese 1x organic yellow onion 1x container black garlic 1. Boil pasta for only FIVE minutes 2. Combine whole milk and cream to make half and half. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and half and half. Add butter and garlic, stir well. 4. Place the lightly cooked pasta in a baking dish. Pour the egg mixture over pasta, sprinkle with salt and pepper and stir. 5. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30-40 minutes. $1000 MAC AND CHEESE 1x pkg fusilli noodles 1x pkg Raw milk butter 1x block white cheddar 1x block gruyere cheese 1x container raw milk 1x container half and half 1x parmesan cheese wheel 1x serrano ham leg 1x bottle truffle oil Fleur de sel Rainbow peppercorns Black garlic flour 1. Cook the fusilli noodles. Set aside. 2. Shred the fontina and cheddar cheeses. 3. Shave out the parmesan cheese wheel to create a crevice. 4. Dice 1x shallot. 5. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook shallot for 2 minutes. Add in the flour, garlic, salt, and pepper. Continuously stir to make a roux. 6. Slowly add the raw milk and half & half, stirring constantly. Simmer for 1 minute. Remove from heat, add the cheddar and gruyere cheese. Stir until melted. 7. Carve out well in the parmesan cheese wheel. IN THE PARM CHEESE WHEEL, add half of the cooked fusilli and toss with the sauce. Add a bit of grated parmesan, then add the rest of the pasta. 8.
