“Yo, you just hit me with a stick!” The Post’s Kevin Sheehan had a very squirrel encounter with a homeless individual who had been living in a tree in Riverside Park. Watch the dramatic moment the so-called “Squirrel Man” hits our host with a huge branch and then whacks a Post photographer with a trash bag, smashing his camera to the ground. “I think he was trying to intimidate me,” Sheehan says in this episode of “Urban Legend.” The suspect, Rewell Altunaga, 44, was charged with assault and criminal mischief. The day after his arraignment, however, he was spotted back in the tree, despite the Parks Department “evicting” him. “That’s not what we want.
