And the first question that usually comes up is: what am I supposed to do with this? This video isn’t about rituals, manifestation, or the idea that the full moon causes something. It’s about how this period often makes what’s already there harder to ignore — not because something external is controlling us, but because the system has less capacity to push things down. When rest is lighter and stimulation feels stronger, emotions, tension, and fatigue tend to show up more clearly. And most of us react by trying to fix it, calm it down, or push through like nothing is happening. That usually creates more distance from ourselves, not less. This isn’t a time for big decisions or forcing clarity. It’s a time for noticing. In this video, I talk about how to move through the full moon by slightly adjusting your pace, reducing stimulation, and giving yourself more space — not to change your life, but to listen to what’s already asking for attention. You don’t need to do anything special. You don’t need to release anything perfectly. You don’t need to turn this into meaning or action right away.
