So the term back office comes from sort of this back of your office idea where you have your customer facing tasks that are done for you company and the you have all those tasks that are done to run and administrate your business that your customers don’t see , so those are your back office tasks, So these are tasks that don’t require customer interaction that are still very important oftentimes to the overall customer experience that you’re proving your customers so the types of back office teams that I’ve built over the last 10 years ,are doing things like processing cases for law firms they’re doing data entry, they’re doing bookkeeping, accounting maybe they’re doing logistics and supply chain management so there’s a lot of things that you can have done with an offshore dedicated back-office team here in the Philippines and of course the number one reason why people build these back-office teams is because of the cost savings . the cost savings from offshoring your back office are significant and easy to justify , number two reason why people build these back office teams i would would be to improve efficiency within their organization if you can have your task being done by a third party provider while you sleep or 24/7 ,on your off-peak or your night weekends when you’re people are in your office you’re gonna gain efficiency from that and the third big reason why people outsource their back-office is to scale faster. if you can hire three or four people for the price of one provide a better back office, better process within your company you’re , you’re gonna be able to grow your company and last but not least we’re seeing people build remote dedicated back-office teams with us to improve business continuity especially in this time of coronavirus , do you really want to just rely a hundred percent on your in house staff to perform you back office processes . I think not.so when you’re looking at your company and you're analyzing what are those easy wins . What are those back-office processes that we can outsource first, let’s start with the most simple , most repetitive process, get a base hit from there and then grow.
