Please share. The people responsible for the dumping need to be caught and punished. The majority of residents in the area are not adding to this problem. People who have bought their house years ago, or who are paying off a mortgage. People who are too depressed to move but want the area to be nice and live decently. People stuck because of sickness or because family live close that depend on them. As for the housing association, they know about these issues in and around their properties and are doing nothing to stop them. Whilst a house is under their ownership they are responsible for their upkeep. They are flouting that responsibility. These things are occupational hazards. Can you believe people are being made to live like this in our city?...
