Author Douglas Murray has slammed former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for criticising white men of a certain religion for reversing social progress. “Hillary Clinton obviously believes in the myth that so many progressives do, which is that you’re on a trajectory to just have more and more rights, get more and more freedoms, and more and more liberal in their understanding of the term, and anything that doesn’t go along with that … reveal the terrible moral failing,” Mr Murray told Sky News host Rita Panahi. “It’s just always so striking the presumptuousness of that. “If white men are Christians … they are standing in the way of Hillary Clinton’s world, not for the first time.”
