Hailing in from Fall River, Massachusetts, Lhska is a 23 year old rapper, record producer and fashion mogul merging both lo-fi, boom bap and psychedelic genres into his music. Recently signing to Safe Harbor Records in Orleans Ma, Lhska has continued to show off his inspiration that spans into nearly every genre imaginable. Most of Lhska’s work is produced by himself under the pseudonym David Shoemaker, while other work is produced by known record producers. Lhska isn’t afraid of sharing his emotions, ups or downs. On August 25th, 2020 Lhska dropped his debut album “grunge scum love fashion” including songs “Real Love Sundae”, “Only One (feat Kripto)” and “I fell in love in the city” which was the lead single Lhska used for the album.Lhska sounds come from a lo-fi psychedelic background. Early on Lhska gravitated toward punk rock artists and bands like Sublime, Nirvana, Green Day and Misfits. Originally a record producer since age 12, Lhska first tapped into recording in around 2016 at age 16. His soothing conscience vocals with bedroom pop like instrumentals lead for what he states a “music drug trip.” Lhska has collaborated with artists like Canon Hill, Nicole Childs, Dax, and Santa Fe. With a love for fabricating the feminine things men seem to keep secret into his music, Lhska is turning heads.
