Join me as I explore a Utah ghost town. Located minutes away from Zion National park lays the remains of an old farming town. Grafton, Utah. Established in 1859, Grafton was part of the Southern Utah Cotton Growing mission ordered by Mormon president Brigham Young. Built on the banks of the Virgin River, flooding was a major problem. The great flood of 1862 caused the town to be rebuilt in its current location, one mile further up the river. Grafton is said to be one of the most photographed ghost towns in the west.
