Fifty years after the Khmer Rouge captured Phnom Penh, Norng Chanphal reflects on a painful chapter of his life and his ongoing determination to seek justice for his family. At just nine years of age, he was one of only four children among the 12 survivors of the S-21 detention and torture center in Phnom Penh, also known as Tuol Sleng prison.
