Watch our comprehensive tutorial on the WFS Shipment Plan Workflow with Sellercloud. If you've integrated WFS into Sellercloud and prepared your inventory, the next crucial step is sending your products to Walmart's fulfillment centers. In this video, we'll guide you through every step of the process, from creating a shipment plan to shipping your products. Prerequisites: Before we dive into the workflow, ensure you've completed the following prerequisites: ► Enable Walmart Marketplace and WFS integration in Sellercloud. ► Set up your warehouses and products to work seamlessly with WFS. ► Configure your Ship From Warehouse to "Allow To Use Qty For FBA and WFS Shipments." Step 1: Shipment Setup ► Create a new shipment plan in Sellercloud. ► Add the products you want to include in the shipment. ► Utilize the "Auto Reserve" option for automatic inventory reservation. ► Alternatively, manually reserve quantities using the "Reserve Quantities" feature. Step 2: Prepare Inventory ► If your From Warehouse is bin-enabled, use Skustack's WFS Picking module to pick items. ► Arrange items within your boxes using a simple drag-and-drop method. ► Ensure you enter expiration dates for expirable items. ► For bin-enabled warehouses, pick desired product quantities to update the "Qty Picked" column. ► Assign products to each box in the "Boxes" panel. ► Enter box weight and dimensions or use predefined Box Defaults profiles. ► Use the "Boxed" column to confirm that all items are ready for shipping. ► If necessary, recalculate "Qty To Ship" based on prepared quantities. Step 3: Label Boxes ► Click on "Toolbox" and select "Manage Shipping Boxes." ► Print Walmart Box Labels for each box or use your own carrier credentials for non-partner carriers. Step 4: Add Tracking ► Add a tracking number to the entire shipment by clicking "Toolbox" and selecting "Shipping Costs." ► If you generated shipping labels on Walmart's website or have tracking numbers from elsewhere, enter them per box on the "Manage Shipping Boxes" page. Step 5: Ship to Walmart ► Click "Actions," select "Manage Shipment Status," and update it to "Pending Shipment Details." ► After sending the shipment, click "Actions" again and select "Ship Items." ► If successful, you'll see a confirmation message at the bottom of the page. ► Products' quantities move from being reserved in the Ship From Warehouse to being in transit in your Interim Warehouse. ► Walmart receives the products and generates a report. Sellercloud downloads the Product List WFS Inventory report from Walmart, automatically updating the inventory in your WFS Warehouse. Additional Steps: ► To set accurate shipping costs for profit and loss data, click "Toolbox" and select "Shipping Costs." ► For immediate shipping status updates from Walmart, use the "Query Shipping Status" icon. ► Access previously generated shipping labels by clicking "Toolbox" and selecting the "Shipping Labels" tab.
