The Mews, completed 2022, are seven two bedroom homes on the edge of Goonhavern, between Newquay, Perranporth and Truro for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Green Light's 'Go' team is responsible for any support and personal care provided from the Mews. The accommodation, tenancy arrangements or matters relating to the property or accommodation is dealt with by the landlord Quadpart Investments Ltd. Support provided is tailored to the individual needs of each person, so that the person has the optimum level of support needed. Support needed is identified through a needs assessment process carried out with the person, their loved ones and any other professionals that may be involved. This aims to provide personalised enabling support to enhance each person’s skills and quality of life. In time, the need for support should lessen, as the person develops an improved repertoire of skills and becomes more independent of support.
