This time around we are going to discuss a case where we made a frontal tooth restoration. The restoration was made from zirconia. To do so, we needed to use a T base. There are different parts for screw-retained restorations and other cases: For cases with bridges, multi-units will be used. For single crown cases, T-base will be used dues to their anti-rotational elements. Additionally, there are two different types of T-bases: With a hex (an anti-rotational element) A round T-base, without a hex, which can be rotated according to the implant. A round T-base is used when there are parallel implants and you want to make a bridge on the upper part of the T-bases.
