Welcome to Phase 2 of my Dragon Ball Z workouts based on the legend Goku! This workout is the perfect balance of strength and speed! Training like Super Saiyan 2 Goku! This is a full body workout that can be done either at home or at the gym! We will be focusing on building up our full body strength, speed, explosiveness, balance and our combat skills. This workout will also help you to build solid lean muscle!! This is Phase 2 of my Goku base workouts. Phase 2 will be a bit harder from my level one Super Saiyan Goku base workout. So make sure you do that one first before attempting Phase 3 (Super Saiyan 2 Goku). I also have my Phase 1 workout which is just Goku's base form!
