In this video I show you how I did the 2nd stage of the legendary dagger questline. I oneshot the boss, she wasn't too difficult. If you need tips in words for the fight, a few things I can think of: First time when you have to avoid her attacks, use evasion. It allows you to freely DPS your perfect rotation and get her down quickly. After that, kite her around when she is empowered, else you'll take big blows. (Had to find out the hard way) A more effective way to get the enrage of her, is by using Shiv, which is highly recommended. I realize I didn't use Shiv. That is merely because I enjoyed figuring her out myself, even though that all happened in one shot. Keep Recuperate up constantly, as it's your source of precious health. Many might suggest speccing into Quickening to get 20% more healing. However, I did without that and it went more than fine. Only spec quickening if you keep struggling with your health. Becaus in the end, you have to give up pure DPS increase talent points for it. Save sprint for convenient moments. You can use it to run to the 2 switches, which you have to deactivate. But it might be more useful to use it for when you have to kite her and get away quickly. Because when you don't use sprint during the 'switches' phase, it's easier to zigzag between the damaging parts and thus you won't receive any damage anyway. Have Expose Armor on a hotkey or one of your action bars. You can't do this fight, afaik, without it. But of course only use it when it says 'Expose her armor'. Make proper use of Cooldowns. For instance, I would recommend to use DPS cooldowns at the very start and later on right after you exposed her armor. But don't forget your defensive CDs. beside the earlier mentioned Evasion, use cloak for an emergancy situation, and Feint for when she is dropping purple crap at the spot you are at, from which you obviously run away. On top of that all, keep up your ideal DPS rotation as much as you can. In the end, you must put her to sleep. And I would be careful with Killing Spree. It's an ability that makes you lose control over your char for a few seconds. This could lead to inconvenient situations. Don't be frightened by all of this. This is only to assist you if you seem to have trouble with it. Personally, I found it to be a remotely easy fight. But above all, like the entire questlineso far, a lot of fun. Enjoy! Vicelia.
