Dekhiye George Washington Bridge, Empire State Building, Washington Square Park aur Shah’s Halal Restaurant — sab kuch ek ich vlog mein! Aur haan, vlog ke end mein banai mai full Hyderabadi nashta aur dinner — Mitthi daal, roti, pyaaz ke ande, moz doodh, chicken biryani, aur mirchiyon ka salan! Hyderabadi Mirchiyon ka Salan Ingredients :- Half cup - Oil 5-6 - Salan ki mirchi/ Green Chili - cut into pieces 1 Tsp - Cumin seeds 8-10 - Curry leaves 1 hand full - Tamarind 1 Tsp - Ginger Garlic paste Green chili paste to taste ¼ tsp - Turmeric 2- 3Tsp - Cumin and Coriander powder 6 Tsp- Coconut , Roasted 3 Tsp - Peanuts, Roasted 8 Tsp - Sesame seeds, Roasted 2 Tsp - Salt 1 - Onion roasted in 2 tsp oil Coriander leaves - for garnishing Steps : - 1. Take off the peanut skins. 2. Going together coconut, peanuts, sesame seeds, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric, cumin coriander powder, salt. Add water and make a paste. 3. Soak Tamarind in water. 4. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds (you can add mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds too. I did not) and curry leaves. 5. Then add the green chillies and fry them till they change their color a bit. 6. Take them out and in the same pan add the roasted and grounded masala. 7. Add little water and mix, so as to not burn the masala. 8. Let it roast on medium heat till the water evaporates and oil appears (keep stirring as it easily gets burned) 9. After the masala is done, add the fried chillies and tamarind water, mix. 10. Let it cook the oil separates. 11. Garnish with coriander leaves.
