咖椰吐司在我心中一直是一個神祕的好吃品項,在台灣不算很常見,不過偶爾會出現在主打南洋料理的輕食小店,通常不貴份量也不多,就是兩片抹了咖椰醬的烤吐司,因此每次看到都會忍不住點一份來嚐嚐!咖椰醬跟鹹味奶油超搭,吃起來有點像冰火菠蘿油,熱熱的咖椰吐司配上冰冰奶油,超好吃! :食譜: 食材▼ ○烤土司 吐司 2 片 有鹽奶油 5 g ○咖椰醬 椰奶 125 g 蛋黃 4 顆 糖 75 g 黑糖 25 g 香蘭葉 1 把 ■中文完整圖文食譜:https://bit.ly/3N7YI1m I made this kaya jam in the easiest way with several tips, like used coconut cream instead of coconut milk, only added egg yolk without egg white and substituted a little brown sugar to add caramel flavor if you don’t have coconut sugar or palm sugar. . Cook the mixture until thickened. 11. When the mixture become thick, remove the leaves. 12. Stir the mixture consistently. 13. Cook until the texture like custard. ●Making Kaya Toast 14. Cut the crust off the toast. 15. Place the crustless toast on a baking sheet. 16. Toast at 400℉/ 200℃ for 4 min. or until golden brown. ◆ 4 min. later ◆ 17. Generously spread the kaya jam on every corner. 18. Thinly slice the cold salted butter. 19. Fully cover one toast by the salted butter slice. 20. Cover with another toast. 21. Cut into 2 triangles or any shape you like. 22.
