Passing Arguments by Value and by Reference in Visual Basic Excel

There is some much you could do with excel VBA. Learning programming on Excel can be helpful to learn other programming languages. From my experience, most programming languages are very similar to each other. In Tutorial on VBA on Excel, I'll show you how to pass arguments to subroutines. There are 2 types of argument definition. One is called ByVal and the other ByRef. By default, VBA uses ByVal which I think is counter-intuitive. So, you have to explicitly define ByRef to be able to use variables.
