Improved 6TD turbocharged diesel engine 1,000 HP. Alternatetive's are 5TDFE (T-64E) OR 5TDFM (T-64BM Bulat) 850 HP. Improved sights. Thermal sights. Maximum Road Speed: 65 Km/H. Maximum effective range of fire is 2,500 Meter's at daytime and up to 1,500 Meter's at night. $1.13 Million. T-64B1M & T-64E Originally meant for Export. Ukrainian MoD chose B1M over E for Domestic Modernization. The T-64B1M, as its predecessor (T-64B1), lacks the capability to launch anti-tank guided missiles (ATGMs). Nicknamed by Ukrainian National Guard as "Black Panther" and "Black Killer", probably due to the large number of African-American's present at the T-64B1M's unveiling.
