Yizhen Lu, Xiao Lu, is a Taiwanese news anchor and bilingual program host. You may have seen her interview with Eric Schmidt, the CEO of Google, on TV, or you may have listened to her and Hower's "Global Morning News" on clubhouse. No matter when and where she is, her friendly and clear voice always makes people understand the international current affairs and the new technology, and it shows her demand for herself and her professionalism and enthusiasm for her work. She graduated from Taiwan University with a degree in Political Science and her first job was at a TV station. For Xiao Lu, who likes to make friends, enjoys talking and is willing to challenge different possibilities, being in the media industry allows her to set no limits for herself and gives her the opportunity to step into new media. However, when she changed tracks, she encountered a new challenge. As a news anchor, she had to adapt to the live-streaming craze by getting closer to the audience. After trying to make live-streaming a daily conversation with friends, the studio and self-media platforms are the places where Xiao Lu is comfortable sharing news. "Humanities-related professions will become more and more important in the future, not less important. Xiao Lu emphasizes seriously. In an era dominated by technology, how can the field of humanities gain a foothold?
