The most scenic highway in the west

A road with no gas stations runs through the vast deserts of the American west, connecting the buttes of southeast Utah to the monuments of northern Arizona. On this drive, you descend two massive dugways from the tops of which you feel as if you're standing on top of the world. Don't make plans for the evening; this highway will capture you for the entire day... Clips captured during my drone flights on June 27, 2025. Not all sections of this highway are legal to fly drones; please check flight maps before losing service. The Hite Overlook, perhaps the most impressive view of the entire drive, is off-limits to drones until you cross the second bridge. The Moki Dugway (featured at end of this video) is legal to fly anywhere around it.
