F3 Expo & The Masters of Freestyle 2015

I traveled to Atlanta Georgia for this years F3 Expo! The F3 expo Happened in both the Atlanta’s Georgia World Conference Center, and inside the Georgia Dome right next door. It featured the who’s who of FPV flying and was a full 3 and a half days of racing, exhibitors and presenters speaking about drones. The highlight of the expo for me was the Masters of Freestyle competition, where all the big names of FPV competed in an acrobatic flight competition judged by a panel of industry peers. I got to meet many of the popular pilots and personalities in the FPV community. I interviewed Charpu, Mr. Steele, Skitzo, and FinalGlideAus! (Thanks so much to FinalGlideAus for the on board recording he shared with me!) Everyone was approachable and is willing to chat and share their experiences and tips. Overall I had a blast at this year’s F3 Expo, and I can only imagine that next year’s expo will be bigger and better! I can’t wait for F3 2016!
