Project Name: Assembly of Bike Description: In this Robotics project, the student will make a bike model using gears and motors. The bike will have two motors one at the front to move the bike back and forth and the other to turn left and right. Students will learn the concept of gears through this project Parts Used: 1. 2x small C bar 2. 3x Wheel 3. Castor strip 4. Medium Plate 5. 2x small L bar 6. 2x Motor 7. Castor wheel 8. 2x Motor shaft 9. 2x 36T gear 10. 2x60T gear 11. Ardublock controller How to build: 1. Connect small bars to the medium plates and connect the wheels. 2. Now attach the small C bar to the medium plate and connect a motor to it. Connect a 36T gear on the motor shaft and a 60T gear near the 36T gear motor such that both gears are connected. 3. Connect the castor strip to the 60T gear through a shaft and then connect two small L bars to the castor strip. 4. Connect a motor to the small L bar at the right side and connect a 36T gear to the shaft of the motor. 5. Connect a 60T gear and a wheel between the two small bars and fix it using an axle lock. The 60T gear should be connected with the 36T gear. Applications: 1. It can be used to travel small distances instead of using a car or bike which causes air pollution This course will help students to built mechanical structures that are prototypes of some real-life applications such as sweeper bot, Crane, bike, etc. Students will be able to build not only the projects from the syllabus but also their own bots. The kit also contains some sensors and a buzzer along with the mechanical parts. This sensor will help them to make their bots smart and automatic.
