Bexar Towing http://www.bexartowing.net 210 590-6200 had an illegal towing scam; they were caught booting and towing vehicles, not according to law, from a parking lot at the Greyhound bus station in downtown San Antonio, TX. They would have a spotter watching the package pickup parking lot at the bus station, and when anyone would park in a legal spot or park just by the curb, and not go directly into the package pickup portion of the station they would put a boot on the car/truck and then call for a tow truck to come and tow the vehicle off right away! Greed always gets you noticed eventually; now they have found a loop hole in the law by not booting the vehicle any longer, they just spot it and immediately call for a tow truck which is waiting close by.
