Try it out and see for yourself! 🥔✨ INGREDIENTS Ingredients: • 3 potatoes (approx. 400 g) • 1 onion • 1 pepper •1 tomato • 2 eggs • 100g cheese • 100-150g ricotta • Spring onions • Breadcrumbs • Vegetable oil • Salt, pepper, spices to taste Preparation: 1. Grate the potatoes coarsely. 2. Cut the onion and pepper into small cubes and finely chop the spring onions. 3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl: potatoes, onion, peppers, eggs, cheese and ricotta. Season with salt, pepper and spices. 4. Pour the mixture into muffin tins and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. 5.
