Delicious shrimp, and vegetables with a little spicy and sweet taste. Ingredients: 1 pound of shrimp One cup of broccoli One red pepper One yellow pepper A can of the little yellow corns  a cup of snap peas 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil  A fourth a teaspoon of red pepper flakes optional Sesame seeds and scallions for garnish optional Stirfry sauce : 1/4 cup of soy sauce 1 tablespoon of fresh ginger, grated Three cloves of garlic, minced 1 tablespoon of honey or brown sugar 1 teaspoon of sesame oil Slurry : 1 tablespoon of cornstarch  2 tablespoons of water  Directions : Clean and Pat dry your shrimp. Heat your oil in your wok or skillet until it is shimmering. Add your shrimp to your walk in a single layer. Cook it on each side for about one minute. Remove your shrimp and set it aside. Add your red peppers to your walk and allow them to cook for a couple of minutes, stirring them constantly. Now you can add the rest of your ingredients and stir everything together for about 2 to 3 minutes more. Add your shrimp, honey sauce and your slurry to the wok. If you would like red pepper flakes, this would be the time you would add those I use about a fourth of a teaspoon. When everything‘s done, you can go ahead and add your sesame seeds and scallions on top as a garnish.
