This 20 minute fix posture Pilates workout is designed to straighten your spine, open your chest, and correct common posture issues like forward head, hunchback, and round shoulders. Hi, I’m Hong, your Korean Pilates instructor 😊 In this session, we’ll focus on exercises that strengthen the upper back, activate the core, and release tight chest and neck muscles to bring your body back into alignment. We’ll work through mindful movements that improve posture by pulling the shoulders back, lengthening the spine, and gently correcting forward head posture. This routine is perfect if you spend long hours sitting, working on a computer, or feel stiffness in your neck and upper back. No equipment is needed so you can follow along at home and feel your posture improving right away.
