Flying Dutchman is a Pirate Boat flat ride manufacturer Metallbau Emmeln which opened at Crealy theme Park and Resort in 2002. Guests climb aboard a Pirate Ship that swings to and fro creating air time. Flying Dutchman Restrictions Guests must be at least 92cm to ride Flying Dutchman. Riders between 92cm-125cm must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Crealy Theme Park & Resort has been voted as the best day out in Devon for eight years running. The theme park opened in 1989 and is operated by Maximum Fun Devon Limited. In 2022, the park announced the opening of a brand new themed area called Sooty Land based on the popular TV character, containing 4 rides, themed attractions and live shows. Sooty land opened May 28th 2022 with the new rides being Sooty's Magic Bus, Sweep's Flying Circus, Soo's Sweet Balloon Ride and Izzy Wizzy Lets Get Dizzy.
