We launch north of the Lillian Bridge into the upper Perdido Bay to interview two men who have fished these waters their entire lives. Josh Garlock, founder of the group "Perdido Bay Fishing Report and Catch Photos," has seen a steady decline in shrimp, clams and sea grass since he was a child. Dennis Williams has noticed an improvement to the water clarity in Elevenmile Creek, but also is concerned about the abundance of fish as well as the safety of eating the species that live in the creek their entire lives. We ask each of them their thoughts on the failed chronic toxicity tests in the tiny water flea, a crustacean the State of Florida Dept of Environmental Protection uses to test the effluent from International Paper into the headwaters of Perdido Bay.
