This means that this method can be used with the PC off, or even if your printer is not connected to anything at all. A nozzle check is a great way to troubleshoot print quality issues with many other Epson WorkForce inkjet printers like the WF-3640. Checking the printer's ability to produce black, cyan, magenta and yellow from the installed 27, 27XL & 27XXL ink cartridges, is a great start. Although we have used a Epson Workforce WF-3640 in this video, the process remains identical for the other printers in the series, like the Epson Workforce WF-3620.
