CES 2022 TCL Light Field Display

TCL CSOT demonstrator of a "light Field" 3D display although it looks more like an eye-tracked stereoscopic display. Chris Chinnock, I'm here for Insight Media at CES 2002 in the TCL booth. This is the CSOT demo of their so-called light field display. It's not really a light field display. It's an auto stereoscopic display which uses this camera for eye tracking. So it locks onto my face here so I can now, as it has a haptic interface in front here, so I can grab these blocks that are rotating around and move them back and forth. Or rotate them as you can see. It's not a very good display. There's a ton of ghosting if I move my head a little bit, it just flickers and jumps up and around. It also has way too much parallax so it's a little bit uncomfortable the way they've managed the stereopsis here. Here's some of the details on what they're showing.
