This home brewed beer is s Rye Ale that is inspired by the honey ginger lime sour that cascade brewing makes. It was brewed with peeled stem ginger, lime peels and lime juice and local honey and fermented using the WLP051 ale yeast. This beer would make a fantastic summer ale due to its crisp taste, citrus and spicy aroma and clean finish. Check me out on Instagram: / recipeswithben Want to harvest yeast?
