Everything is in control of the developer, from landscape treatment to road width and these makes the space feel different compared to conventional Penang. However, part of the inconvenience of a township development involves lots of construction works for the future phases. Also the main access to site seems weird during the visit. But anyway, this is one of the most memorable property visit ever.
