After a lifetime of depression, PCOS, and Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, I got fed up with fixing things in the “normal” way. Mostly because they DIDN’T WORK. I have been eating a Carnivore Diet since March 5th, 2023. I was 244 pounds at 49 years old. Carnivore is a meat-based, animal-based way of eating. Meat, eggs, dairy, Boom!!!
