The industrial scale has been fully preserved, yet it no longer feels imposing. Moving along the main axis of the site, blast furnaces, pipelines, and conveyor bridges have been transformed into walkable and inhabitable public spaces. The steel structures are no longer background—they’ve become part of the landscape itself. As the route opens toward the lake, the water creates distance from the once-heavy industrial mass. Reflections capture the furnaces, ski jump, and distant mountains in a single frame. This area was once the core production zone of Shougang. Today, it has been reorganized into an open urban park where exercise, walking, and everyday leisure unfold naturally. Further inside, renovated factory buildings now house exhibitions, restaurants, hotels, and public event spaces. By introducing new cultural and commercial functions, what was once a closed industrial system has been opened and reactivated. The original steel framework hasn’t been erased—it continues to carry urban life in a new way, allowing the site’s industrial history to be experienced through daily use rather than preserved as a static monument. — 🌿 散步簡介 : 從首鋼園入口進入，巨大的冷卻塔和鋼鐵標識首先進入視線，工業尺度被完整保留下來，卻不再壓迫。沿著園區主軸前行，高爐、管道、傳送橋被改造成可步行、可停留的公共空間，鋼鐵結構成為風景的一部分。 繼續向湖面展開，水域把原本厚重的工業體量拉開距離，倒影裡是高爐、跳臺和遠處的群山。這裡曾是首鋼核心生產區，如今卻被重新組織為城市開放公園，運動、散步和日常休憩自然發生。 再往裡走，改造後的廠房引入展覽、餐飲與酒店功能，通過引入展覽、餐飲、酒店與公共活動空間，原本封閉的生產系統被打開，轉化為可停留、可消費、可日常使用的創新園區。工業結構不被抹去，而是在新業態中繼續承擔城市功能，讓這段廠區歷史，以更貼近日常的方式被延續和感知。 ❤️ Thanks for walking with me.
