My leak was very bad. I do not recommend this for a long term solution!!! This worked for me in a pinch waiting for new OEM fittings in the mail. Without removal of tire, wheel liner, and turbo. Please remove skid plates ;) bought standard nitrile/buna material. Everbilt brand. For Ford parts: BL3Z-6A968-B (back of motor/ head) BL3Z-6A968-C (turbos) Oring size #35 1/2” O.D. 3/8” I.D. Internal oring Oring size #55 5/8” O.D. 7/16” I.D. External-oring BL3Z-6A968-JD (block) Oring #35 internal oring Oring #60 11/16” O.D. 1/2” I.D. external oring I went with #35 for all internal being 3/8” is the coolant hose for all the fittings. the width of the #55 and #60 are a little larger, than what ford sends with new external oring. The turbo and head fitting OD is 1/2”. I chose to use #55 so it would have a tighter fit/stretch and reduce the width of the o ring. I’ll mention on this in my video. the block fitting is a larger OD than turbo and head fittings. I chose to use #60 like my previous reason. Guys if you’re in a pickle like me. I had ordered the parts but the leak got worse and I need this truck to make me money. I couldn’t wait any longer. Can’t say how well or long it will last, but when… hopefully not anytime soon they fail. I know what to do and I’ll have my OEM parts and deck.
