Length: 2.3mi - Out & back Elevation gain: 1,066ft / 367m The route is generally classified as moderately challenging. Due to its popularity among hikers, expect to encounter other visitors while exploring. The trail is best visited between May and October. This short hike leads to a small plateau, providing multiple viewpoints with scenic vistas of the town and Skrova Bay. Although the hike is brief, it does involve relatively steep ascents. Upon reaching the summit, hikers are treated to spectacular views in almost all directions, with a particular focus on Vestfjord, Svolvær, and Kabelvåg. Tjeldbergtinden can be accessed from two distinct trailheads: Åvika in Kabelvåg (right after the bridge, on the left side, there is a parking lot) and Osan in Svolvær.
