Everyone make it with their own style but I'm sharing here my recipe with you which is most popular in my family and relatives they most ask about it again and again... So try it first and comment in comment box METHOD:- In water Add Beef OR Mutton 750 Gram.. Boil it and remove the skim.. Add Cumin 1 tsp, Coriander 2 tbsp, Fennel Seed 2 tbsp, Tez Patta/Bay leaves 1, 10-12 Cloves, Big Cardamom 3-4, 2 Cinimon, 3-4 Green cardamom, Star Anise 2, Half Onion (Sliced), 2 inches Of Sliced Ginger, Garlic cloves, Salt 1 tbsp MIX WELL and COVER IT FOR 45-50 MIN OR UNTIL MEAT IS TENDER "ON MEDIUM LOW FLAME".. Take a big pot and Add 1 cup oil, One large (Sliced) Onion FRY IT UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN "KEEP IT ASIDE" Add Cooked meat in oil Add: Black Cumin 1/2 tsp, 1 tsp Cumin, Green Cardamom 3-4, Black pepper 10-12, 5 Cloves, Bay Leaves/Tez Patta 1, 4 tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste, 4-5 Green chillies, Salt 3 tsp OR as required MIX WELL Add Curd 250 gram MIX WELL ( Cover it until oil separate ) Add Meat Stock LET IT BOIL Add Rice 750 gram, Now add Half GOLDEN BROWN Onion SPRINKLE IT ( Mix it ) COOK IT ON HIGH FLAME For 5 Min Keep Griddle on Stove And put the pot on it Now Cook it for 12-15 min on Very Very Low Flame !!!READY!!!
