#mecedesgla #roadtrip #luxury The distance is 1230 km from Delhi to Kathmandu, and we embarked on a thrilling journey through various cities and terrains. We passed via Lucknow, another capital city of the largest Indian state, Uttar Pradesh, adding to this 'Capital Drive' excitement. As we traversed through the city, some roads were congested, but with its nimble handling, the GLA navigated us meticulously through the bustling streets. We passed through the iconic Rumi Darwaza, which has so much history rooted in it. Another big city, Gorakhpur, was followed by the border town Raxaul, and soon, an Indian nameplate on the GLA was on Nepal road. At the border, the RC book check, customs duty, road tax formalities, and some small talk with the security officers already admiring the GLA gave us a speedy clearance, which looked beaming and eager to drive up.
