How to Use the 2023 Hioki IR4056 Insulation and Continuity Tester- Unboxing and Review [CC]

If you want an easy to use, multi-range, insulation resistance tester, or what people often call, "megger" tester, this one from Hioki fits the bill without breaking the bank. My brother sent this to me for "acceptance testing." He bought it at amazon at a good price deal, before they raised the price to nearly U$200. Still, even at this present cost, it seem to be still competitive. I found it to be a solid, reliable insulation tester. Interesting enough, it was made in Japan, last March 2023, barely a month ago. In this video, I did a quick unboxing and some simple tests. I barely scratched the surface on how to conduct an insulation test and there's more tasks the IR4056 can do than I have shown.
