Bagchi and colleagues in Pune, India. Dr. Shishir Sankhyayan is currently a Post-Doctoral Fellow and Astrophysicist at the National Center for Radio Astrophysics - Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, Pune. He did his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Science Education and Research(IISER), Pune.
