This Deck Tech is for Meren of Clan Nel Toth as your EDH/Commander General. She plays extremely well in most metas and has proven to be worth building for me personally. This is a budget build priced just under $380 (in the Fall of 2016). I try to get as many cards from my LGS as I can, but some were from TCG.
