Here is a video guide on farming both types of Ancient Cores. Sorry, no glitches. The best way to get these is from farming Guardian Stalkers on hyrule field. Obtaining the master sword would help but there's better ways like the Hylian Shield and parry or get the Ancient Set. The added proficiency buff when using Ancient weapons is insane and top of that, it stacks with an attack up level 3 buff. If this doesn't work you, use the Great Eagle Bow with Ancient arrows. One shot in the head destroys in one hit. Remember to save before you encounter one. That way you can load right back up if the Guardian Stalker doesn't drop what you need. Hope this helps.
