Many creators focus on exposing and tearing down the Watchtower, and that work has its place. But my calling is different. I want to build where there has been desolation. I want to help you reconnect with yourself — emotionally, physically, and spiritually. On this channel, I will also be sharing guided meditations to help you ground yourself, regulate your nervous system, and feel safe in your own body again. Because healing is not just intellectual.
