The Ridgewood Cake is made with dark chocolate, vanilla crème brulee, and chocolate mousse. The Godwin is an opera-style cake layered with hazelnut praline, and The Spring is a sasha-style mousse cake that’s light, airy, and elegant. While there, I had the chance to sample these signature desserts and every bite felt like a celebration. You can truly taste the care and passion behind each creation.
