Guy Golan is the CEO of the Performanta Group, a position he has held since August 2011. The Performanta group is an established South African Information Security organisation that comprises Performanta Technologies, Performanta Services, Performanta Consulting, Performanta UK, Performanta Netherlands, Performanta West Africa and Performanta Investments. Prior to being appointed to his current position, Guy was the Managing Director of Performanta Technologies. His previous roles included that of Managing Director at NGS, where he spent six years successfully positioning NGS as an Africa leader in insider threats, information security and related services. Prior to that he was the Business Development Director at the LR Group. Guy focusses on building sustainable, mutually beneficial relationships with both the OEM and the end users of solutions, which gives him a deep understanding of the ever evolving information security landscape and dynamic needs. With this experience, knowledge and foresight gained, Guy is able to proactively address details before they become challenges. He leads, motivates, mentors, trains and coaches his team to always put their best foot forward, ensuring that the customer is at the heart of all activities.
