If you're not touching each other's bodies, it's not co-sleeping, and if thay force themselves to start screaming, the police or an ambulance will come, won't they? It's a horrifying scene that I've witnessed their tragedies many times. There are many reasons why emergency vehicles are called, including 1) payment troubles, 2) arguments or violence, 3) non-consensual sex, and 4) bad health troubles. There could be more.
